For decades, Inuit have been governed by bureaucrats - mostly white - in power centres far from the Inuit homeland. Land Claims agreements set targets for the hiring of Inuit within governments created to govern largely Inuit populations.
Is that racism?

It's a sad state of affairs when Canadian kids are treated like this by the government - read about it here then contact your MP
