A Palm Reading From Palin’s Future

It’s 2013. Sarah Palin has been elected President of the Unites States. In her first foray into international affairs she announces that she’s going to resolve this pesky and long standing dispute between North and South Korea. Her adoring supporters revel in her steely resolve, and her self proclaimed willingness to “take the bull by the tail and look it firmly in the eye”.

A photographer takes this shot as she heads into the negotiation session.

I looked for a couple of days to see how the folks who made so much of Obama and his teleprompter are going to deal with this, apparently it’s a non issue – the notes on their hands probably say

    Teleprompter – bad
    Crib Notes – good

I honestly never understood that. Reagan LOVED his teleprompter.

““take the bull by the tail and look it firmly in the eye”.

Heh. That one nearly got past me. Thank God my commentprompter said “chuckle here.”

Yeah. And wasn’t it fun when she shook hands with the sweaty prime minister, and had the ink rub off.

“take the bull by the tail and look it firmly in the eye”.

LOL! That’s great. But I suspect the bull would be appropriately pre-labeled by Sister Sarah’s handlers: “Eyes this end, Look here (arrow)”.

I just worry the serious GOP candidates love having Palin out there making a fool of herself. Takes away from coverage of them.

Whats next for Palin? Reading tea leaves at Fox? She certainly appears to be the best thing the Democrats have going for them.
