    Naw. As many have pointed out, Obama, characterized by the right as the most shameless Communist since Mao, would actually fit comfortably into the Canadian political spectrum just to the right of Stephen Harper.

    See? Obama’s already doing that uniting thing. ;)

    Nah, Obama is far enough right by Canadian standards that you’re probably still blue.

    I would like to dispell this belief that Obama is further right than Harper.

    Yes. But then I inadvertently *volunteered* to run our “Bring your kid to work day” which then took over my life.
