Three Cards No US Election Can Be Without
Hours before Democrat Barack Obama’s 30-minute paid political ad was to run on network television, Republican John McCain tried Wednesday to create controversy about his presidential rival’s connections to a Palestinian scholar and compared Obama to George McGovern and Jimmy Carter.
Multiple senior government officials tell ABC News the intelligence community is anticipating a message from Osama bin Laden before or just after the presidential election.
In desperation, U.S. Republican Senator Elizabeth Dole (also known as “Liddy”) has gone lower than any Canadian could dream with her last-minute attack ad on her neck-and-neck Democratic rival, Kay Hagan — by falsely accusing Hagan of accepting secret donations from “Godless Americans,” as well as declaring “There is no God.”
