Best Conspiracy Theory So Far

Heard on CFRA this morning…. Dions’ carbon tax plan is getting to much negative press so the Liberals orchestrated Morgentaler being appointed to the Order of Canada to deflect attention away from that whole discussion.

Who came up with that nuttery (the theory, I mean)?

Around the Con-O-Sphere we discover that we’re all (apparently) suffering now and that

The Order of Canada ought to be restricted to individuals who make Canadians proud and who are worthy of our praise.

Good luck with deciding who gets to make Canada proud, I doubt that as a nation we could decide on which hockey player deserves that honour and that’s one of our national sports.

The good folks in the comments section over at The Langhjelm Letter are having a ball as well.

Blogger Hoarfrost said: I have already resigned my membership in the CONSERVATIVE PARTY OF CANADA on this issue. I do not belong to a Christian church or any other church. I cannot condone any person getting an order of canada who should be prosecuted for manslaughter.

Sure dude, the governing party has always picked the names haven’t they… and then they started eating themselves

The PMO and the Govt have no input into it. You resigned your membership? Good! Now go vote Liberal because you disagree with any kind of Carbon Tax…moron…actually…dont vote, I’d feel alot safer. billg

Various and sundry comments on CFRA this morning about how this heralds the end of Canada included calls for the whole award system to be scrapped and the idea that people who do not follow “gods law” should not be allowed to live in Canada — the next big fight would be which god… the Jewish one, The Islamic one, the Catholic one, the Protestant one, or the Pentecostal one? I know that technically they’re all the same one but each sect seems to have a different take on which of “his laws” are the important ones.

CFRA (the gift that keeps on giving) host Michael Harris has declared that “to honour Morgentaler is to honour abortion”….. why does the word “idiots” come to mind?

These folks really do believe in a “vast Liberal conspiracy” don’t they? Perhaps someone should remind them that it’s a Conservative behind the curtain pulling the levers now. Silly twats.

    Tory,
You should not insult twats by comparing them to Cons

a “vast Liberal conspiracy” implies that the Liberals are organized. We could only dream, eh?
