In the grand scheme of things their superiors will claim that they were following orders - and they will not be called to answer for their actions because the United States of America has deemed those acts to be legal.... at least when they commit them. SL, I agree that these guards are responsible for their own suffering, but in no way should it end there. It says in the article that the guard was ordered to do these things by his superiors. Who were his superiors? Why have they not been called to answer for their actions?
