Look, Warren… either we take everyone’s rights away without discrimination, or we take away no one’s rights. If you advocate free speech rights for some haters but not others, and if you advocate free speech rights for those haters whose free speech you and your extremist ilk want to protect but not for law-abiding non-haters, then what does this make you, if not a hater, yourself? A bigot? A Liberal Fascist?

Part of me really hopes that Kinsella does want a piece of Scenty. He doesn’t seem to understand the difference between speech and libel. Plus he said yesterday to me that he would consider lawsuits against others for staining his good name. So….
And then there’s the whole censoring people that he does himself. Though, he states it’s because his blog is his private property and he has the right too. Anyone know if a blog is actually considered private property if it’s hosted for free by Blogger?
