Open Comment & Trackback Sunday

Sorry this one is late (it’s been a busy week-end) – I’ll leave it up for most of tomorrow. Make sure you look inside, there’s a cool video I shot Friday night. The weather hindered the camera work (my hands were bloody freezing) but I’m going back next Friday night when mother nature is supposed to be in a better mood and give it another try.

The girl in the red trimmed amauti is daughter of the bunker Charlotte, and she had a pretty vocal cheering section :-)

She was part of the opening of the 2008 Winterlude festivities – for those in Ottawa who want to see a live performance she’ll be back on the stage opening for (we believe) The Road Hammers on Friday evening at 7:00PM.

A big bunker shout out to the Campbell Brothers (we’re been a fan of both them and the Mudmen for a long time) – those guys not only rock the pipes like no one else but Charlotte says they’re decent human beings of the highest order.

Look for more video over the coming weeks, I got some great live Lucie Idlout video as well as some amazing stuff from Artcirq – Arctic Circus over the week-end.
