Then keep him in shackles for 6 years and wheel him from cell to cell on a two-wheel dolly. After that, he'll be able to confirm a hunnert percent's worth that he ain't been tortured and he'll be able to fire the dumbass who put the Merkans and' Israelis on the list of torturin' bastards. I wonder who they're gonna pin this one on. Wrongful dismissal comin' up. OTTAWA – A Federal Court judge has formally struck down a controversial refugee agreement with the United States, saying Canada failed to ensure that the U.S. respects international rules governing torture and refugee rights.
