Gregarius Update

Gregarius (working name) has seen a few more additions, the Progressive Bloggers, Liblogs, Blogging Canadians, and the Blogging Alliance of Non-Partisan Canadians member aggregators are now available, as are the majority of the Blogging Tories and the Blogging Dippers.

You Green Bloggers don’t get yer knickers in an uproar – you’re next :-)

Gregarius aims to aggregate the various Canadian national political blogging groups in one place – no need for multiple bookmarks, and no need to maintain your own RSS reader, Gregarius does it for ya, the Canadian political blogging scene is at your disposal.

If you are a member of one of the first four Canadian blogging alliances listed your posts will automatically show up in Gregarius each time the system polls your aggregator page, as new members come on their posts will also be published.

If you were a member of either the Blogging Tories or the Blogging Dippers on the 2nd or 3rd of January, had a functioning RSS feed, were Canadian1, and had made a post in the last 30 days, your posts will also show up in Gregarius. Until such time as these two groups get working RSS feeds on their membership aggregator pages additions will have to be done manually as we get told about them.

Gregarius also contains multiple news feeds (more will be added over the next few days) and is always accessable from the main navigation bar on stageleft.

1 The notable is Ed Morrissey’s Captain’s Quarters on the Blogging Tories blogroll

Called “Captain Ed” by his readers, Ed is a father and grandfather living in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, a native Californian who moved to the North Star State because of the weather.

If you see others, let me know.

I’m guessing I’ve got to go and *fix* the BANPC RSS feed at this point, right? Thanks for the inducement.
