And when the Liberals ask questions of the CPoC that sound an awful lot like the ones the CPoC used to ask and sit their asses smuggly back in their seats, the CPoC will toss out answers that sound an awful lot loke the answers the Liberals used to give and sit their asses smuggly back in their seats - and the great political wheel will turn once again while the partisan masses shout from the hill tops that it’s not the same thing at all.

I thought that budgeting involved science (math) not art? I know here in AB our surplus is higher because of higher oil prices, but I can’t see that translating to the billions in Ottawa’s budget.
I just wanna know how come when I’m on a budget, I never end up with surpluses.
