No surprise to anyone who lives in Pierre Polievre’s riding. These assholes are doing to political debate what Andrew Lloyd Webber did to the Broadway musical.

God, what a creepy little turd. I still burn when I think about his smarmy bulletin to the faithful following the appointment of Madame Jean: it’s gist was “Our Gracious Leader Stephen hath decreed that he deigns, albeit sorrowfully, to accept this unworthy appointment. It therefore behooves you all to swallow your bile and graciously accept this…sniff…PERSON.”

A quick whip through the first ten Blogging Tories website this morning shows either silence about this idiocy (the best reaction, I suppose, given that an apology to Canada for offenses against intelligence is probably out of the question), or a kind of defensive truculence, as in this quote from “Dark Blue Tory”:

“I don’t think it’s childish at all. I think if someone makes themselves an easy target, specifically the leader of a political party, then it’s fair game. And Dion has in fact made himself an easy target. The guy lacks leadership. ”

…which tells us quite a bit about the Conservative notion of “leadership”, doesn’t it?

In a related note, John Baird still has not replied to my letter regarding decorum in the House - he did SPAM me about democratic reform, but, like the rest of the party people, he is apparently quite unwilling to explain why they act like spoiled kids on a grade school playground.

“We’re Not Much Worse Than They Were” was a weak defense when the Conservatives were first elected, and it hasn’t improved.

What’s depressing is watching the folks who sincerely thought they were voting for a better government convince themselves that this kind of juvenilia is okay. The standards sure dropped quickly.

I really don’t know the answer to that, I would imagine (but it’s just a guess) that the situation was not always what we see each and every day in the House, or maybe I’d just like to think that our founding father types were actual statesmen instead of juvenile a$$holes.

The whole dog blog is just poorly written satire. Much ado about nothing.

I’m already starting a spoil your ballot campaign, inspired by Monty Brewster (None of the Above!). The worst part for me is that what they are doing isn’t funny. Who laughs at this stuff? Seriously, we need to do an indepth analysis into who thinks this kind of humor is something to laugh at. Ol poopy pants himself I guess.

“A pox on all their houses” doesn’t cut it. Someone farts at the family dinner table. You don’t pretend it didn’t happen. Or that the stink don’t smell. Or let the stinker off the hook with: Well, we all pass wind sometime. Don’t we? Nope. You tell the offensive little schlemiel to knock. it off. Don’t do it again.

The problem with these so-called honourable MPs is that they don’t give a rat’s ass. Well, it ain’t their House — it’s ours! And we should tell them all to stop stinking up the joint. Period.

His recent attempts (along with his propoganda henchmen at “The Barrhaven Independent”) to suggest that the Liberals would move the RCMP HQ out of the area is even more disgusting and shocking - not only a totally manufactured issues, it is one based on NOTHING! An outright lie. But I suppose if you think spamming the Queen is a good ideas, you are gonna think any slimey thing is a good idea…

No kidding? From the guy who was physically removed from the Ontario Legislature in a fit of rage when it was revealled that Ernie and Mike were actually running a $6 billion deficiet instead of a surplus (as they said during the election)? I am shocked! Shocked, do you hear me!

It’s an anti-zombie thing. Am I right?

I’ve developed a theory that zombies hunt by smell. If you smell bad enough, they think you’re one of them and they’ll leave you alone. I’m still looking for facilities and funding to test my hypothesis, but the scientific community think I’m mad.
