    Whooee! I’m SLAGPP (smilin’ like a girl pig peein’) t’ hear the good news, SL. I never even heard this was happenin’. Am I stoopid or has it by flyin’ under the radar? The “implement Kyoto” thing got a lot o’ bigass coverage. I would o’ thought this might, too.

    It’s one of those things that if you don’t actively follow by reading the Hansard it wouldn’t hit the radar, it’s a small step, but it is a step.

    PS: Apologies for the late reply, the bunker came under some sort of sustained biological attack Thursday evening… oh they say it’s the flu but we know better… and this is the first time the computer has been turned on since. It was nip and tuck for a while, on Friday night I was pretty sure I was gonna be dining with the ancestors, and by Sat night I was looking forward to it :-) , but we should be back to normal by tomorrow.
