It’s finally happened, America hit the big 3000 last month - the bunker is betting it has high propaganda value for both the Democrats and the Republicans.

The number that won’t get much play is the number of Iraqis that have been killed in the war.

We know that it’s convenient for people to forget things that may distress them, so we’re gonna help. Remember October 2006?

The United Nations said Wednesday that 3,709 Iraqi civilians were killed in October, the highest monthly toll since the March 2003 U.S. invasion and another sign of the severity of Iraq’s sectarian bloodbath.

It took America how many years to come close to what Iraq suffered in one month last year? The loses absolutely pale by comparison don’t they?

3000 killed since the start of the war they started? How about the 50,000+ Iraqis killed since the start of the war America instigated? How many politicians are talking about the tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi men, women, and children, who have been killed?

How many politicians are talking about the hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women, and children, who have been wounded, maimed, crippled, orphaned, widowed, or displaced?

In the grand scheme of things 3000 people since Bush launched his invasion and occupation of Iraq over weapons of mass destruction that they said they not only knew existed but knew where they were, yet somehow were never found, is actually pretty lite isn’t it?

Do some math, 3000/52000=X; X equals the number of Americans killed for every Iraqi that has died - it’s a damned small number.
