    This is pretty encouraging.

    Makes me wonder though – the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement was accompanied by an implementation document, which was promptly ignored by the Feds.

    We can only hope this one does better.

    A constant problem with governments, especially in this arena, a very long succession of governments have done very well at avoiding and ignoring their legal responsibilities – this government has given no indication it will act any different.

    You could draw attention to these things. Go for it, I’d most likely vote for you (depending, of course, on what office it is you were exactly running for).
