Another small victory.
This is pretty encouraging.
Makes me wonder though - the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement was accompanied by an implementation document, which was promptly ignored by the Feds.
We can only hope this one does better.
A constant problem with governments, especially in this arena, a very long succession of governments have done very well at avoiding and ignoring their legal responsibilities - this government has given no indication it will act any different.
Makes me wonder SL - why don’t YOU run for office?
