The big day is almost upon us, it’s just a few hours away now, hopefully the average Canadian CPoC voter won’t be too disappointed when they don’t notice much of a difference.
Harpers 1% promise kicks in at midnight but
….rounding on low-cost items may make little, if any, difference at the checkout.
Unless of course you’re able to afford the big stuff because

As we said before, each person gets to save based on their ability to spend….. who do you think is gonna come out on top?

It doesn’t matter whether you tax spending or earnings or assets. The people who have a lot of it, keep more of it for each cut by percentage.
