This is just the sort of thing PM Harper is trying to do to our free press in Canada: shut them out, crown certain newsgroups as verbatim link to the head-Harper, and then bushwack the populace with “groupthink.”
Get over it Harper; the news in Canada is not in your bag, and after seeing how well that tactic worked in your never-homeland down south, your best bet is try to be “open and accountable” like you said.
