I listened with amusement to Harpers “Don’t fear a Conservative majority because there’s a bunch of Liberals in the wood pile high up in the system to to act as a “check” on things”, and then nearly fell off my chair laughing at some of the comments related to it heard on Canadian Conservative talk radio last night….

Truly folks, some of the stuff would make the crop circle conspiracy folks blush with embarrassment.

Generally speaking it can probably be summed up as:

‘The Liberals have stacked the SCoC with liberal (and Liberal) activist judges that will over rule anything Harper tries to do that ends up in front of them and the Liberal senior civil service that feels entitled to its entitlements will fight him tooth and nail on every change he tries to make’

… under these abhorrent governing conditions we are cautioned to look for little Conservative progress.

Indeed folks, one person went as far as to say that the Liberals losing was all part of a Liberal hidden agenda to discredit the CPoC… they knew they were going down years ago so they stacked the civil service at all levels, stacked the SCoC in their favour, stacked the Senate, and are losing this election to make the CPoC look bad when they don’t accomplish much of anything they promised. All this in aid of the Liberals coming back bigger and stronger after the next election by running on a they had their chance, they promised the world, and nothing has changed platform.

Really folks, shouldn’t you at least let this election cycle run its course before starting on the next one?
