A few days before balbulican posted his critique of CPoC Aboriginal policy Meaghan Walker-Williams at Somena Media noted a few CPoC insider quotes. The problems are easy to solve. The pathologies present on reserves are present in any welfare state gone bad. Reserves are the rural equivalents of American inner cities. So kill the welfare state. Any outside money going to band councils, reserves, or individual natives goes to zero. If we have treaty obligations, fuck ‘em.
