Introducing Lily Cheung

A few days ago balbulican, inadvertently we hope, made reference to an hitherto unknown facet of the stageleft basement bunker – we have Bunkerettes. The Bunkerettes form an integral part of the operation and quite frankly without them scouring the news feeds for interesting tid-bits of information, fact checking, writing up drafts, helping us drink the large vats of homemade honey mead (donated weekly), and polishing the bamboo steamers, the bunker would probably come to a screeching halt quite quickly as, truth be known, balbulican and I have discovered we like the mead a lot more than doing research

Balbulicans little faux pas actually came as quite a relief for the Bunkerettes who have until this point been sworn to secrecy about their work and can now tell their parents where they go for days on end – anyway, since the cat is out of the bag we would like to take the opportunity to introduce one of the longest serving Bunkerettes, Lily Cheung. In this photo Lily is contemplating the “Collected Aphorisms Of Balbulican” in the Bunker Hall of Heroes just prior to the touchup of the murals last summer.
