– perish the thought, it’s just banning books and plays that have characters, topics, or authors who they think lead unacceptable lifestyles.
It’s not real censorshiptm though…. that’s something the other guystm do - the good guystm do *whatever it is that looks just like censorship but really isn’t* to protect the hearts, minds, and souls, of American youth — which is, of course, a good thingtm even if it looks like a bad thingtm because they know what’s best.
It’ll be interesting to see if this one goes through, it seems there’s been a few similar cases in the last while that seem to fizzle out when they get too much attention.
