‘We’ve all heard about the torture and abuse of Iraqi male prisoners in Iraq at the hands of American and British soldiers - but what about the women? We don’t hear about the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of women that are also locked up do we?

Do you ever wonder about that? I’m told that they are there, and a lot of them share a common problem - they’re pregnant… and not because they’ve been breaking out of their cells at night to visit the male prisoners compound either.

One more charge to add to the list of atrocities.
