What Kerry actually said was

“I believe I can fight a more effective, more thoughtful, more strategic, more proactive, more sensitive war on terror that reaches out to other nations and brings them to our side.”

But since it’s hard to make fun of a complete statement like that Bush & his campaign are reduced to picking a few words out of what was said, misrepresenting it, and trying to make pitiful jokes to an already sold (R) audience…… pathetic one liners that are picked up and propagated by folks like (Right)WingNut Michael Savage.
