Could it be?

That the current U.S. administration is getting the message that it has to change it’s ways or face further credibility loss with the international community – not to mention the people it supposedly represents?

According to Reuters Attorney General John Ashcroft has stepped aside from the investigation into the ‘outing” of an undercover CIA operative whose husband was critical of Bush’s claims about Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction and the threat they posed.

According to a Yahoo News article

…Ashcroft’s decision to recuse himself was not based on an actual conflict of interest but on the appearance of a possible conflict.

Could this actually be a glimmer of Whitehouse integrity?
