Both Fox News and ABC News are reporting that the Iraqi army is repositioning itself into southern Iraq - given that Turkey has said that the U.S. cannot use it’s country (and more than likely not even its air space) to create a northern front it makes sense for the Iraqi army to do this.

We read that the U.S. may be considering a pre-emptive strike to counter the pre-emptive strike that Saddam Hussein may order in response to the Bush’s threat to launch a pre-emptive strike against Iraq.
