Will more reasonable heads prevail?

The Capital Hill Blue is reporting that “Some strategists within the Bush Administration are urging the President to look for an “exit strategy” on Iraq, warning the tough stance on war with the Arab country has left the country in a “no win” situation. “At this point, the United States and Britain does not have the support for passage of a second UN resolution,” admits a White House aide.”

One wonders if things like Saudi Arabia’s Prince Sultan Bin Turkey Bin Abdul Aziz’s call for “the forthcoming Arab summit to send Arab military forces to Iraq in order to protect it against the war the US threatens to launch against it” has had any effect on the U.S. Administration where Bush has shrugged off anti-war demonstrations (both at home and around the world).
